An outstanding example of the fusion of the traditional Savagnin variety with Chardonney, the most widely planted variety in the Jura region. The two wines are produced separately and matured for 4 years in unfinished oak barrels. Savagnin is matured in barriques and develops flor, while chardonnay is matured in large foudre barrels. After the blending, the wine is aged for a further 18 months in stainless steel before bottling.
Vino slamno rumene barve z zlatim odtenskom in poudarjene gostote. Zaznavamo arome marcipana, kvasa, lešnikov, pa suhega rumenega jabolka in limone, slame, pečenega kruha, javorjevega sirupa, toffeeja, šampinjonov, tudi medu in mokrega kamna. Okus je intenziven, strukturiran. Svežina in mineralnost sta poudarjeni. Ponovijo se zaznave suhega sadja, toffeeja, medu, šampinjonov in mineralnosti v pookusu, ki je strukturiran in zelo dolg.
