The outstanding Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rose, which has been awarded several times. Produced from 100 % blue pinot and matured for 18 months in bottle. Aromas of apricot, strawberry, cherry and a hint of grapefruit. Fresh and complex with a slight hint of hazelnut in the background.
Serve with toasted salmon bread, red fruit desserts, strawberry slice or fresh clafoutis.

Alsace is a land of white wines, truly remarkable and exciting, and its reputation has been established for centuries. The Gruss family estate owns 16 hectares of vineyards, which are divided into 50 smaller sections around the picturesque village of Eguisheim. Three Grand Cru vineyards are cultivated on beautiful terroirs and predominantly limestone soil: Eichberg, Pfersiberg and Vorbourg. The appellations adjacent to the Grand Cru vineyards also produce wines with a strong character. Respectful, organic production and grapes that express their origin are the reason for the exceptional wines. Whole berry pressing and long fermentations lead to unparalleled aromas and finesse, and the efforts of everyone involved are reflected in great wines that are in constant search of balance, purity and elegance.
